Lotto America is the multi-state 5/52 plus Star Ball (1–10) game sold in the District for $1. The jackpot is an annuity (or a cash option). Drawings are Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 10:15 p.m. ET; ticket sales close at 10:00 p.m. ET.
How to play — step by step
1. Select 5 numbers
Choose 5 numbers from 1 to 52, or mark Quick Pick and let the terminal choose.
2. Select 1 bonus number
Choose 1 bonus number from 1 to 10. This ball is drawn separately from the main numbers.
3. Choose how many drawings
Pay $1 per play (add-ons cost extra). Tell the retailer how many consecutive drawings you want, or mark Advance Play on the slip.
