RaspaPro ("we", "our", "us") operates the website www.raspapro.app and the RaspaPro mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service. By accessing or using RaspaPro, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
We use the following services to operate RaspaPro:
Supabase — database hosting and authentication; Stripe — web payment processing and subscription management; RevenueCat — mobile in-app purchase management; Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) / Apple Push Notification service (APNs) — push notifications; Resend — transactional and alert emails; Vercel — web hosting and serverless functions; Google AdSense — display advertising on public web pages; Google AdMob — mobile in-app advertising (rewarded video).
Each provider processes data under their own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
If you enable push notifications, we store a device token to send you alerts about new game analyses, price changes, and other product updates. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings or within the app. We do not use push notifications for advertising.
We use session cookies and browser/app local storage for authentication, language preference, theme settings, and core product functionality. We also use a first-party analytics cookie (`rp_vid`) to measure anonymous website traffic and conversion to the mobile app. For data-quality purposes we may store a truncated browser User-Agent with first-party web analytics (to identify crawlers and improve traffic accuracy); we do not use this for advertising. Third-party advertising cookies are described in the Advertising section below. Google Analytics may also load on the website for aggregated traffic measurement.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we permanently remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
You may access, update, or delete your personal data at any time through your Profile settings in the app or website. To request a full data export or permanent deletion, contact us at the email below. We will respond within 30 days.
We display advertisements on public pages of our website through Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may place cookies, including DoubleClick cookies, to serve ads based on your browsing history and interests. You can control whether you receive personalized or generic advertisements through our cookie consent banner — declining personalization does not remove advertisements. To opt out of personalized advertising from Google, visit adssettings.google.com.
On the website, paid subscribers (Pro and Legend tiers) do not see advertisements. In the RaspaPro mobile application, Free-tier users and guests may see optional rewarded video ads served by Google AdMob; these ads appear only when the user chooses to watch a video to temporarily unlock a premium feature. AdMob and its partners may collect device identifiers and advertising IDs (such as IDFA on iOS and AAID on Android), along with approximate location and app/device signals, to serve and measure ads. Pro and Legend subscribers never see advertisements on the website or in the mobile app.
RaspaPro is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We only share data with the service providers listed above, solely to operate the platform.
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), secure authentication via OAuth 2.0, and access controls to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of RaspaPro after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
