Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using RaspaPro (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. RaspaPro is operated by RaspaPro ("we", "our", "us").
Description of Service
RaspaPro is a lottery analysis platform that provides statistical rankings, scores, and insights for scratch-off and draw games in Florida, Georgia, and Texas. All data used by RaspaPro is sourced exclusively from publicly available information published by state lottery commissions. We aggregate, organize, and analyze this public data to help users make more informed decisions.
Important Disclaimer — No Guarantee of Winnings
RaspaPro is an informational and entertainment tool ONLY. We do NOT predict winning numbers, guarantee prizes, or possess any non-public information about lottery games. All lottery data we use is publicly available from official state lottery websites. Our scores, rankings, and analyses are mathematical calculations based on publicly reported odds, prize structures, and remaining prizes. Lottery games are games of chance. No analysis, system, or tool can guarantee or increase your chances of winning. Past results do not predict future outcomes. You should never spend more than you can afford to lose.
Public Data Sources
All game data, odds, prize structures, and remaining prize counts used by RaspaPro come from official public sources published by the Florida Lottery, Georgia Lottery Corporation, and Texas Lottery Commission. We do not have access to any proprietary, insider, or non-public lottery data. Our value is in the organization, analysis, and presentation of this publicly available information — not in the data itself.
User Accounts
You sign in via Google or Apple OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may not share account credentials or create multiple accounts. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Subscriptions and Billing
RaspaPro offers free and paid subscription tiers (Pro and Legend). Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis. Prices are displayed at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Intellectual Property
The RaspaPro name, logo, design, scoring algorithms, and original content are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service. Public lottery data used within the Service remains in the public domain.
Prohibited Use
You may not: disrupt or overload the Service; scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data; bypass access controls or security measures; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; resell or redistribute content from the Service; impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity.
Responsible Gaming
RaspaPro encourages responsible gaming practices. Set a budget before playing and stick to it. Never chase losses. RaspaPro is not a gambling platform — we do not sell tickets, accept bets, or facilitate any form of wagering.
Limitation of Liability
RaspaPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any information provided. This includes, without limitation, any financial losses from lottery play. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RaspaPro and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
