Overview
Millionaire for Life is a $5 multi-state game sold in Georgia: pick five numbers from 1–58 plus a Millionaire Ball from 1–5. The top prize is $1,000,000 a year for life; matching five without the Millionaire Ball is $100,000 a year for life. Both have published cash options. This is not Cash4Life ($1,000 a day).
How to play — step by step
1. Select 5 numbers
Choose 5 numbers from 1 to 58, or mark Quick Pick and let the terminal choose.
2. Select 1 bonus number
Choose 1 bonus number from 1 to 5. This ball is drawn separately from the main numbers.
3. Understand the top prizes
The top two tiers are annuities for life (with a minimum guarantee under official rules) or a one-time cash option. Lower tiers are fixed cash. The top two may be paid pari-mutuel in certain events — see official rules.
4. Choose how many drawings
Pay $5 per play (add-ons cost extra). Tell the retailer how many consecutive drawings you want, or mark Advance Play on the slip.
