Millionaire for Life is a $5 multi-state game sold in Indiana: pick five numbers from 1–58 plus a Millionaire Ball from 1–5. Match all six to win $1,000,000 a year for life; match the five white numbers to win $100,000 a year for life. Drawings are every night around 11:15 p.m. ET; Indiana sales close at 9:58 p.m.
How to play — step by step
1. Select 5 numbers
Choose 5 numbers from 1 to 58, or mark Quick Pick and let the terminal choose.
2. Select 1 bonus number
Choose 1 bonus number from 1 to 5. This ball is drawn separately from the main numbers.
3. Pick the Millionaire Ball
Each play has five numbers from 1–58 and one Millionaire Ball from 1–5. Matching two numbers, or one number plus the Millionaire Ball, already wins a prize.
4. Choose how many drawings
Pay $5 per play (add-ons cost extra). Tell the retailer how many consecutive drawings you want, or mark Advance Play on the slip.
