Millionaire for Life is a multi-state daily game sold in Iowa since February 22, 2026: pick five numbers from 1–58 plus a Millionaire Ball from 1–5 for $5 per play. Matching all six pays $1,000,000 a year for life. Drawings are every night at about 10:15 p.m. CT.
How to play — step by step
1. Select 5 numbers
Choose 5 numbers from 1 to 58, or mark Quick Pick and let the terminal choose.
2. Select 1 bonus number
Choose 1 bonus number from 1 to 5. This ball is drawn separately from the main numbers.
3. Play up to 10 drawings
Check the multi-draw box to play the same numbers for up to 10 consecutive drawings. In Iowa, sales close at 8:59 p.m. each day.
4. Choose how many drawings
Pay $5 per play (add-ons cost extra). Tell the retailer how many consecutive drawings you want, or mark Advance Play on the slip.
