Millionaire for Life is Michigan’s daily $5 multi-state game: pick five numbers from 1–58 plus one Millionaire Ball from 1–5. Matching all six wins $1,000,000 a year for life; matching the five main numbers wins $100,000 a year for life. Both top prizes include a 20-year guarantee and published cash options. Draws nightly at about 11:15 p.m. ET.
How to play — step by step
1. Select 5 numbers
Choose 5 numbers from 1 to 58, or mark Quick Pick and let the terminal choose.
2. Select 1 bonus number
Choose 1 bonus number from 1 to 5. This ball is drawn separately from the main numbers.
3. Pick the Millionaire Ball
Choose one number from 1–5. It is drawn from its own pool and may match one of your main numbers.
4. Choose how many drawings
Pay $5 per play (add-ons cost extra). Tell the retailer how many consecutive drawings you want, or mark Advance Play on the slip.
