Lotto America is a multi-state jackpot game sold in Minnesota: pick five numbers from 1–52 and a Star Ball from 1–10 for $1 per play. Most jackpots start at $2 million and grow until someone matches all six. Drawings are Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 9:20 p.m. CT.
How to play — step by step
1. Select 5 numbers
Choose 5 numbers from 1 to 52, or mark Quick Pick and let the terminal choose.
2. Select 1 bonus number
Choose 1 bonus number from 1 to 10. This ball is drawn separately from the main numbers.
3. Add the All Star Bonus (optional)
For $1 more per play, the All Star Bonus multiplies every prize except the jackpot by 2 to 5 times, so non-jackpot wins range from $4 to $100,000.
4. Play up to 14 drawings
A multi-draw ticket covers up to 14 drawings with the same numbers; cash a win early and a trailer ticket prints for the drawings left.
5. Choose how many drawings
Pay $1 per play (add-ons cost extra). Tell the retailer how many consecutive drawings you want, or mark Advance Play on the slip.
