Overview
Pick-6 is New Jersey’s flagship lotto: pick six numbers from 1–46 for $2 per play. XTRA (1X–10X on non-jackpot prizes) is included. Optional Double Play ($1 more) adds a second drawing for prizes up to $250,000. Draws are Monday, Thursday, and Saturday at about 10:57 p.m. ET.
How to play — step by step
1. Select 6 numbers
Choose 6 numbers from 1 to 46, or mark Quick Pick and let the terminal choose.
2. Pick six from 1–46
Mark six numbers or Quick Pick. Choose Cash Option or Annuity for the jackpot before you buy.
3. Add Double Play (optional)
For $1 more, the same numbers enter a second drawing immediately after Pick-6 for fixed or pari-mutuel Double Play prizes.
4. Choose how many drawings
Pay $2 per play (add-ons cost extra). Tell the retailer how many consecutive drawings you want, or mark Advance Play on the slip.
