Millionaire for Life is Pennsylvania’s daily $5 game: pick five numbers from 1–58 plus one Mill Ball from 1–5. Matching all six wins $1,000,000 a year for life; matching the five main numbers wins $100,000 a year for life. Both top prizes include a 20-year guaranteed annuity and a published cash option. Draws are every night after 11:15 p.m. ET; sales close at 10:15 p.m.

How to play — step by step

  1. 1. Select 5 numbers

    Choose 5 numbers from 1 to 58, or mark Quick Pick and let the terminal choose.

  2. 2. Select 1 bonus number

    Choose 1 bonus number from 1 to 5. This ball is drawn separately from the main numbers.

  3. 3. Pick the Mill Ball

    Choose one number from 1–5 in the Mill Ball field. It is drawn from its own pool and can repeat one of your main numbers.

  4. 4. Multi-draw (optional)

    Buy up to 10 consecutive drawings on one ticket. Tickets cannot be canceled.

  5. 5. Choose how many drawings

    Pay $5 per play (add-ons cost extra). Tell the retailer how many consecutive drawings you want, or mark Advance Play on the slip.
