How to Play Pick 4

Overview
PICK 4 is Pennsylvania’s four-digit daily numbers game. Pick four digits from 0–9 and a play type (Straight, Box, Straight/Box). A Straight hit pays $2,500 on 50¢ and $5,000 on $1 (1 in 10,000). Draws are Day after 1:35 p.m. and Evening at 6:59 p.m. ET. Wild Ball is an optional add-on.
How to play — step by step
1. Select 4 numbers
Choose 4 numbers from 0 to 9, or mark Quick Pick and let the terminal choose.
2. Select 1 bonus number
Choose 1 bonus number from 0 to 9. This ball is drawn separately from the main numbers.
3. Choose Straight or Box
Straight is exact order. Box payouts depend on repeated digits (4-way, 6-way, 12-way, or 24-way). Straight/Box combines both on a 50¢ wager.
4. Add Wild Ball (optional)
Wild Ball draws one extra digit from 0–9 with the draw. Matching via Wild Ball pays the published Wild Ball amounts (for example Straight Wild Ball $1,500 on a $1 base play).
5. Choose how many drawings
Pay $1 per play (add-ons cost extra). Tell the retailer how many consecutive drawings you want, or mark Advance Play on the slip.
