Loto Cash is the jackpot game of the Lotería Electrónica de Puerto Rico. Pick five numbers from 1–35 and a Cash ball from 1–10 for $1. Drawings are Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10:00 p.m. AST. The jackpot starts at $500,000 and is paid as a lump sum. Overall odds are 1 in 8.9.
How to play — step by step
1. Select 5 numbers
Choose 5 numbers from 1 to 35, or mark Quick Pick and let the terminal choose.
2. Select 1 bonus number
Choose 1 bonus number from 1 to 10. This ball is drawn separately from the main numbers.
3. Add Revancha or the multiplier
Revancha is a separate $1 drawing with the same matrix. The multiplier is a $1 add-on that multiplies prizes other than the jackpot; it is not a drawn ball.
4. Choose how many drawings
Pay $1 per play (add-ons cost extra). Tell the retailer how many consecutive drawings you want, or mark Advance Play on the slip.

Puerto Rico withholds the Ley 10-1989 Art. 12 lottery contribution instead of income tax: 0% up to $10,000; then 5% of the excess to $25,000; $750 plus 10% of the excess to $75,000; $5,750 plus 15% of the excess to $100,000; $9,500 plus 20% of the excess over $100,000. Above $500,000 an extra 5% applies, and the effective rate never exceeds 20%. Draw times on this page are Eastern Time.
