Overview
Pega 3 is the three-digit game of the Lotería Electrónica de Puerto Rico. Pick three digits from 0–9 for $1. Drawings are Monday through Saturday at 2:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. AST. Exacta pays $500, at 1 in 1,000.
How to play — step by step
1. Select 3 numbers
Choose 3 numbers from 0 to 9, or mark Quick Pick and let the terminal choose.
2. Select 1 bonus number
Choose 1 bonus number from 0 to 9. This ball is drawn separately from the main numbers.
3. Choose a play type
Combinada de seis (three different digits) pays $80 at 1 in 167. Combinada de tres (two digits the same) pays $160 at 1 in 333. Combo plays one Exacta on every arrangement.
4. Choose how many drawings
Pay $1 per play (add-ons cost extra). Tell the retailer how many consecutive drawings you want, or mark Advance Play on the slip.

Puerto Rico withholds the Ley 10-1989 Art. 12 lottery contribution instead of income tax: 0% up to $10,000; then 5% of the excess to $25,000; $750 plus 10% of the excess to $75,000; $5,750 plus 15% of the excess to $100,000; $9,500 plus 20% of the excess over $100,000. Above $500,000 an extra 5% applies, and the effective rate never exceeds 20%. Draw times on this page are Eastern Time.
