Overview
Palmetto Cash 5 is South Carolina’s daily rolling-jackpot game: pick five numbers from 1–42 for $2 per play. Every play gets an automatic multiplier (x2, x3, x5, or x10) that boosts every non-jackpot prize. The jackpot starts at $100,000 and grows by at least $10,000 a day until it is won. Drawings are every night at 6:59 p.m. ET.
How to play — step by step
1. Select 5 numbers
Choose 5 numbers from 1 to 42, or mark Quick Pick and let the terminal choose.
2. Check your multiplier
The terminal assigns a multiplier of x2, x3, x5, or x10 to each play and prints it on your ticket. It multiplies the Match 4, Match 3, and Match 2 prizes; the jackpot is never multiplied.
3. Choose how many drawings
Pay $2 per play (add-ons cost extra). Tell the retailer how many consecutive drawings you want, or mark Advance Play on the slip.

Match 4 pays $600 to $3,000, Match 3 pays $10 to $50, and Match 2 pays $2 to $10 depending on the multiplier printed on the ticket.
