Millionaire for Life is a multi-state game sold in Tennessee since February 22, 2026: pick five numbers from 1–58 plus a Millionaire Ball from 1–5 for $5 per play. Matching all six pays $1,000,000 a year for life. Drawings are every night at 10:15 p.m. CT / 11:15 p.m. ET.

How to play — step by step

  1. 1. Select 5 numbers

    Choose 5 numbers from 1 to 58, or mark Quick Pick and let the terminal choose.

  2. 2. Select 1 bonus number

    Choose 1 bonus number from 1 to 5. This ball is drawn separately from the main numbers.

  3. 3. Play up to 14 drawings

    Mark a Multi-Draw box to play the same numbers for up to 14 consecutive drawings, including the current one.

  4. 4. Choose how many drawings

    Pay $5 per play (add-ons cost extra). Tell the retailer how many consecutive drawings you want, or mark Advance Play on the slip.
