Overview
All or Nothing is a unique Texas game: pick 12 numbers from 1–24. You win by matching more than 7 or fewer than 5 of the 12 numbers drawn. Matching all 12 or none wins the top prize. Several drawings run each day Monday–Saturday.
How to play — step by step
1. Select 12 numbers
Choose 12 numbers from 1 to 24, or mark Quick Pick and let the terminal choose.
2. Remember both extremes win
Matching 0 of 12 pays the same top prize as matching 12 of 12. Matching 4 or 8 pays $2 (the play price). Matching 5, 6, or 7 does not win.
3. Choose how many drawings
Pay $2 per play (add-ons cost extra). Tell the retailer how many consecutive drawings you want, or mark Advance Play on the slip.

Prize table & odds
$2 per play; pick 12 from 1–24. Matching more than 7 or fewer than 5 of the 12 numbers drawn wins a prize. Matching 4 or 8 pays $2 (recovers the play price; not a net profit of $2). Matching 5, 6, or 7 does not win. Top prize is a nominal $250,000 for 12 of 12 or 0 of 12. From August 25, 2013 onward (sales resumed; drawings from August 26), if more than 20 top-prize plays win the same drawing, a $5 million liability cap is shared equally — that cap is not a pre-resume rule.
