How to Play Lotto Texas

Overview
Lotto Texas is a $1 game: pick six numbers from 1–54. Drawings are Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at about 10:12 p.m. CT. Match 6 wins the jackpot (pari-mutuel). Match 5 and 4 are pari-mutuel; Match 3 pays a fixed $3. Optional Extra! (+$1) adds guaranteed amounts to non-jackpot wins and pays $2 for matching two numbers — it does not apply to the jackpot.
How to play — step by step
1. Select 6 numbers
Choose 6 numbers from 1 to 54, or mark Quick Pick and let the terminal choose.
2. Optional Extra!
Mark Extra! for $1 more per play. Extra! adds $10,000 / $100 / $10 to Match 5 / 4 / 3 wins (on top of the base prize) and pays $2 for Match 2 (16 TAC §401.305(g)(3)). It never multiplies or replaces the jackpot.
3. Choose how many drawings
Pay $1 per play (add-ons cost extra). Tell the retailer how many consecutive drawings you want, or mark Advance Play on the slip.
