How to Play Megabucks

$1Wednesday, Saturday6 × [1–49]

Overview

Megabucks is Wisconsin’s in-state jackpot game: pick six numbers from 1–49, sold two plays for $1. The jackpot starts at $1 million and grows until someone matches all six. Drawings are Wednesday and Saturday after 9 p.m. CT.

How to play — step by step

  1. 1. Select 6 numbers

Choose 6 numbers from 1 to 49, or mark Quick Pick and let the terminal choose.

  2. 2. Play in pairs

The minimum purchase is two panels for $1, and every set of two plays costs $1 per drawing. You can play up to 8 drawings (4 weeks) in advance.

  3. 3. Add EZ Match (optional)

For $1 more per set of two plays, EZ Match prints five numbers with instant prizes from $1 to $250. Match any of them to a Megabucks number on your own ticket to win on the spot; your plays still enter the drawing.

  4. 4. Choose how many drawings

Pay $1 per play (add-ons cost extra). Tell the retailer how many consecutive drawings you want, or mark Advance Play on the slip.
