How to Play Pick 3

Overview
Pick 3 is Wisconsin’s three-digit numbers game. Choose three digits from 0–9 and a play type — Straight, Box, or Straight/Box — for 50¢ or $1. A $1 Straight pays $500 (1 in 1,000). Drawings are twice a day, every day: Midday at 1:30 p.m. and Evening at 9:00 p.m. CT.
How to play — step by step
1. Select 3 numbers
Choose 3 numbers from 0 to 9, or mark Quick Pick and let the terminal choose.
2. Choose your play type
Straight must match in the exact order drawn. Box wins in any order: $160 on a $1 play when two digits are the same (3-way) or $80 when all three differ (6-way). Straight/Box is always $1, split into a 50¢ Straight and a 50¢ Box.
3. Choose your drawing
Play Midday, Evening, or both, up to 7 drawings of one or 14 drawings of both in advance.
4. Choose how many drawings
Pay $0.50 per play (add-ons cost extra). Tell the retailer how many consecutive drawings you want, or mark Advance Play on the slip.
