The auto-pick ticket matched all five numbers plus the Millionaire Ball to win $1,000,000 a year for life in the September 8, 2026, drawing.
The winning numbers were 14-19-36-41-42, and the Millionaire Ball was 2.
Libby Sunoco, located at 5270 Warrensville Center Rd. in Maple Heights, sold the winning ticket. This is the second jackpot-winning Millionaire for Life ticket sold in Ohio since the game launched in February. Giant Eagle, located at 15325 Edgecliff Ave. in Cleveland, sold the winning manual-pick ticket for the April 27, 2026, drawing.
